Dr. Tartt is a licensed positive psychologist in Georgia, is the author of THE RING FORMULA: How to Marry MR. RIGHT, is the owner/CEO of Visionary Minds, Inc. He is a graduate of Morehouse College and the University of Michigan, where he was one the youngest African-Americans to receive his PhD in clinical psychology.
While attending Morehouse College, he witnessed the senseless murder of a young scholar in a drive-by shooting. At that moment God told him, “You lived because I have great work for you. One is gone so you must save many.” Dr. Tartt had the opportunity a few months later to speak at the prison where the perpetrator was being detained. When the young man recognized Alduan, he returned to his cell. Alduan immediately sensed that this young man was ashamed, looking for guidance, and had lost his self-worth. That interaction propelled Alduan to pursue a degree in psychology to study violence prevention.
A gifted motivational speaker, Dr. Tartt is also skilled at finding spiritual gifts in others and helping them cultivate and share them with the world. He can help you quickly transform your vision into reality. Thinking “backwards,” he sees success first and encourages you to live what is already destined. He notes, “My greatest challenge is not finding greatness in others, it’s getting them to see it for themselves.”
