Reducing Anxiety in Decision Making - My Mind has a Traffic Jam
Create a master list of all the things needing your attention. Then, take a time-out by going for a walk, taking a coffee/tea break, calling a friend with whom you can laugh, or praying. Come back to your list with a fresh perspective and focus on completing the easiest, least time-consuming tasks first. When you are able to see progress being made by scratching off these easy items first, it will provide momentum and a sense of accomplishment that energizes you for the more difficult items.
